Elias has over 25 years of Technological and Marketing experience in the Hi-Tech industry. Over the last 2 decades, Elias led the International Marketing and Business Development in a number of Hi-tech vendors (ECtel, cVidya and Incentives Solutions), including shaping the business, launching new products and develop their market presence.

Elias holds BSc. Computer Science and HTS-A Amsterdam, Netherlands and Executive MBA at Northwestern University- Chicago and Tel-Aviv University
